The Warmup Settings tab in Manyreach has recently been updated to gradually build your sender reputation before launching cold email campaigns.
Below is a detailed explanation of every setting in the Warmup tab.
Warmup Toggle

Located at the top-right of the Warmup section, this toggle activates or deactivates the warmup process for your selected email address.
If you enable warmup today for the first time, it will begin later today. The toggle will appear green once you activate it.

Any changes to the warmup settings will take effect starting the next day.
If you deactivate the warmup, it will appear grey in color.

Health Indicators

These indicators help determine whether your sender and domain are ready for outreach.
Health Score: Displays your sender’s overall reputation. A score of 100% means your domain is in excellent condition.

Sender Readiness: Indicates whether the sender email address has been properly authenticated and is ready to begin outreach. Status should show READY.

Domain Readiness: Confirms if the domain setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) is complete. Status should show DOMAIN IS READY.

All three should show as green and "READY" before initiating outreach.
If your sender doesn’t show ready in the above Health indicators, even after warming it up, you can get ready-to-go senders with all the setup done in Manysenders.
Daily Warmup Sending Limit
This field shows how many warmup emails will be sent per day.

Default: 30 emails/day
This number should be kept low at first and increased gradually to maintain a healthy sending reputation. To do this, switch on the toggle for “Auto Increase Sends Per Day (Increases every day)”.
You can put the percentage by which you want the warmup emails sending limit to increase in the “Increase Daily Warmup Limit By” box.
You can also decide the maximum number of warmup emails sent every day after the auto-increase in the “Maximum Warmup Limit After Auto Increase” box.
Example: If your initial limit is 30 and your increase is 5%, the daily volume will grow by 1-2 emails each day until it hits the maximum limit you’ve set.
Weekdays Only, Skip Weekends
When enabled, warmup emails will only be sent Monday through Friday.
This simulates natural business behavior and is useful for avoiding weekend spikes that may appear unnatural to spam filters.
Reply Rate

This setting specifies the percentage of replies to warmup emails that will be received (simulated through the warmup network).
Recommended Default: 30%
Higher reply rates improve sender reputation and signal trust to email service providers.
Warmup Identifier Tag

A custom tag that Manyreach includes in your warmup emails. This helps filter or track warmup messages.
You can use this tag to automatically move warmup emails to a specific folder or ignore them in your inbox.
Example format: F0F072C0D
Note: Manyreach removes these emails from your inbox by default, but the tag allows for custom filtering if needed.
Warmup Progress

At the bottom of the Warmup tab, you’ll find a progress graph that visually tracks your performance.
It includes:
Emails Sent
Emails Replied
Emails marked as Spam
This visual overview helps you monitor the effectiveness of the warmup and spot any issues early.
Best Practices
Always begin warmup at least 7–14 days before launching any outreach campaign.
Ensure DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are correctly configured.
Use gradual increases in sending volume to avoid triggering spam filters.
Monitor your warmup dashboard frequently for unexpected spam spikes or low reply rates.
