How do I enable IMAP and Authenticated SMTP in Microsoft 365?

Enable Authenticated SMTP and IMAP

1. Open the Microsoft 365 admin center and go to  > Active users.

    

   

2. Select the user, and in the flyout that appears, select Mail > Email apps > Manage email apps.

   

3. Check all boxes and click Save changes
