# How do I enable IMAP and Authenticated SMTP in Microsoft 365?

Before you connect Microsoft 365 sender to Manyreach, you need to have Authenticated SMTP and IMAP enabled.

**Enable Authenticated SMTP and IMAP**

1.  Open the [**Microsoft 365 admin center**](https://admin.microsoft.com/) and go to  > **Active users**.

2.  Select the user, and in the flyout that appears, select **Mail > Email apps** **\> Manage email apps**.

3.  Check all boxes and click **Save changes**
