Setting up a default personalization variable

To achieve the best results, personalize your cold email campaigns. However, we often encounter situations where we can't find all the data for each prospect we want to reach out to. In cases like this, we recommend using the default personalization tags.

Example:

{{COMPANY | default: "firm "}}

For prospects with company data, the COMPANY will be replaced with, for example, Acme inc. For prospects without company data, the COMPANY variable will be replaced with firm since we set "firm " as the default company variable.
