Manage your emails smoothly by automating your email forwarding. With this guide you will learn how to do it in Gmail, Outlook, and Namecheap. Follow the process for each platform and make your emails reach the inbox seamlessly.
Gmail gives you the ability to forward Gmail emails to other inboxes automatically.
Follow these steps to to automatically setup Gmail email forwarding on your computer:
Open Gmail and log into your account.
Then, click the Settings or the gear icon in the top-right corner.
After that select the “See all settings” from the dropdown menu.
Now navigate to the “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” tab.
Next, under the Forwarding section, click “Add a forwarding address.”
After that in the pop-up, enter the email address where you want to forward emails.
Then click Next, and Proceed, and then click OK to confirm.
You will receive a verification code to your forwarding email address.
All you have to do is go to that inbox, copy the code, and return to Gmail.
Just paste the code into the verification box and click Verify.
Once the verification is done, select “Forward a copy of incoming mail to” and opt for the verified email from the dropdown.
In the dropdown next to it, select what Gmail should do with the original message, whether to keep, archive, or delete it.
Finally, scroll down and click “Save Changes.”
Once saved, Gmail will start forwarding all new emails to the specified address. Please note that you can only make these changes from your computer and not on Gmail App.

Below are the processes to set up automatic email forwarding for Outlook 2013 & 2016, Outlook.com and Outlook 365.
Open Outlook on your desktop.
After that select the File option in the top-left corner and select Manage Rules & Alerts.
Go to the Email Rules tab, click New Rule and create a new rule for your email management.
Next find click the Start from a blank rule, and select: Apply rule on messages I receive, then click Next.
Next, skip all conditions, unless you want specific filters, and click Next, then confirm by clicking Yes.
In the actions list, check the forward it to people or public groups option.
Then click the underlined text to select the email address you want to forward to.
Post that select Next, add any exceptions if needed, and click Finish.
Finally click Apply and then OK.
First go to https://outlook.live.com and sign in.
After that, click the gear icon in the top-right corner and scroll down to click “View all Outlook settings.”
Post that, go to Mail and then to Forwarding.
Now check the box for “Enable forwarding.”
Then enter the email address where you want to forward your emails.
Now you can tick the “Keep a copy of forwarded messages.” option. This is optional, and you can opt out as well.
Finally click Save and you’re all done.
First log in to your Microsoft 365 Outlook Web App.
Now, click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
Post that select the View all Outlook settings option at the bottom.
Once done, navigate to Mail and then to Rules, to click on the Add new rule option.
Give your rule a name, for example: “Auto Forward”.
Now find Add a condition option, and select Apply to all messages.
Finally under the Add an action option, choose Forward to, then enter the destination email address.
Click Save and you’re done.
If you want to set up auto-email forwarding in Namecheap, follow these instructions, step-by-step:
First, log in to your Namecheap account and go to the Dashboard.
Then select Private Email from the left menu.
Once you find the domain you want to manage, just click Manage.
Then go to the Mail Settings tab or find Email Forwarding option in the sidebar.
Then click the Add Forwarder option or Create Rule.
You will land up in the source section.
Now enter the email ID you want your emails to be forwarded from. For example: support@yourdomain.com.
Next, in the destination field, enter the email ID you want to forward your emails.
Finally click on the Save or Apply option to confirm the rule.
Email forwarding will now be active for that mailbox.
