What is Auto Increase Sends Per Day?

This article explains the Auto Increase Sends Per Day feature in Manyreach’s warm-up settings.

The Auto Increase Sends Per Day option, also known as the Daily Ramp-Up feature, is part of Manyreach’s warmup settings. It gradually increases the number of warmup emails your account sends each day, helping you build a strong sender reputation safely and steadily.

This feature is essential during the early days of mailbox warmup. By slowly ramping up your sending volume, email providers are more likely to trust your domain and avoid flagging you as spam.

How Does the Daily Ramp-Up Feature Work?

When enabled, this feature:

  1. Starts with a low daily send limit (e.g. 5–10 emails)

  2. Increases that limit automatically every day based on the percentage you set (e.g. 10%)

  3. Stops increasing once it reaches your defined maximum (e.g. 30 emails/day)

For example, if you begin at 10 emails/day with a 10% increase, your limit will slowly rise until it hits the max value you've set.

This is a one-time ramp-up process and works best when activated before or at the start of your warmup phase, not midway through.

Best Practices for Daily Ramp-Up Warm-Up Emails

  • Keep your initial daily send limit at or below 25

  • Use the recommended 10% increase rate

  • Set a realistic maximum warmup limit (e.g. 30 emails/day)

  • Check your warmup stats regularly to monitor progress

The Daily Ramp-Up feature ensures your email sending grows in a safe, reputation-friendly way.
