How to Bulk Update or Manage Multiple Warmups in Manyreach

Steps to bulk update warmups for multiple senders in Manyreach. 

If you're managing multiple senders, Manyreach lets you bulk update settings across accounts, saving time and ensuring consistency. From warmup settings to daily sending limits and SMTP/IMAP credentials, you can configure it all from one panel.

How to Bulk Update Warmups for Multiple Senders?

  1. Log in to Manyreach

  2. Go to the Senders from the main menu on the left

  3. Select the accounts you want to update

  4. Click the Actions button at the top

  1. You can choose the option you want.
    To make changes in warmup settings/configuration, choose Bulk Edit from the dropdown

Warmup Configuration Options Available in Bulk Edit

Sender Details

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • From Name

  • Signature (rich text supported)

  • Reply-To Email Address

Sending Limits

  • Daily Sending Limit: Set a max number of emails per day
    Recommended: Keep it at or below 25 for best inbox placement

  • Auto Increase: Enable a gradual increase in sending volume

  • Minimum Delay Between Emails (minutes): Add spacing between email sends

Warmup Settings

  • Enable or Disable warmup

  • Or choose “Do Not Update” if you wish to retain existing settings

Custom Tracking Domain

  • If available, select the custom domain to apply to the selected senders

SMTP Settings

  • SMTP Server, Username, Password, and Port

IMAP Settings

  • IMAP Server, Username, Password, and Port

  • Option to enable mail reading (recommended for reply detection and deliverability)

Final Step

After configuring your settings, click Bulk Save. The new settings will apply to all selected senders.

Please note that bulk editing is ideal for teams, agencies, or anyone managing multiple email accounts. It ensures a consistent setup and optimizes deliverability across your outreach efforts.
