If your Manyreach mailbox warm-up has been disabled because of a warm-up bounce, don’t worry, this is our system protecting your sending reputation.
At Manyreach, we actively monitor the health of our warm-up pool to make sure that all mailboxes involved are high-quality and safe for deliverability.
Your warm-up process was paused because our system detected a bounce from one of the warm-up interactions.
Here’s what happens behind the scenes:
Ongoing Validation – Every few hours, we check each mailbox in our warm-up network to confirm it’s still active and reachable.
Secondary Verification – If an address fails the first check, we run deeper tests to confirm whether it’s truly invalid.
SMTP-Level Checks – We perform multiple handshake verifications with the receiving server to make sure the bounce wasn’t caused by a temporary issue.
This multi-layered process helps us:
Remove invalid addresses from the warm-up pool
Protect your sender reputation
Keep bounce rates near zero during warm-up
While Manyreach automatically handles most of the cleanup. But, here are a few steps you can take before re-enabling warm-up:
Check Your DNS Records – Ensure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are correctly configured and passing.
Review Your Sending Limits – If you’ve recently increased daily sending volume, scale back to recommended warm-up levels of 25 per day.
Avoid Manual Sends from New Domains – Sending real campaigns too early can cause high bounces.
Contact Support if Unsure – We can help verify your setup before restarting warm-up.
Once you’ve reviewed your settings:
Go to your Manyreach dashboard, and go to your Sender’s list
Select the sender email ID that was disabled
Turn on the warmup option
Monitor the Warm-up Health Score for the next 24 to 48 hours and make sure everything is running smoothly.
Tip: The warm-up process is only as strong as your configuration. A clean setup today means higher inbox placement tomorrow.
