There could be several reasons why you’re not receiving your warmup emails in your inbox.
Here are a few steps you can check to make sure you receive your warmup process is working fine with Manyreach:
1. Dedicated Folders For Warmup Emails
Our system moves warmup emails to a dedicated folder called the Mailsauna. And this is the primary reason why they’re not being reflected in your primary mailbox.
But if you want, you can still move your emails to your primary inbox, using warmup identifier tags.

2. Ensure Warmup Is Enabled
Go to your Manyreach dashboard, select the campaign you want to warm up, make sure the warmup option is enabled, and save your changes.

Once enabled, we will automatically start the warmup process in the background.
3. Check Domain Authentication Settings
Make sure your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are properly set up for your domain.

Also remember to have a relaxed policy as that makes it easier for warm-up emails to pass through filters without trouble.
Overly strict DMARC settings can create issues like more emails being flagged as spam.
Here is how you can set a relaxed DMARC Policy:
v=DMARC1; p=none
These settings are important for improving email deliverability and ensuring warmup emails reach your inbox.
4. Verify Sender Configuration
Double-check your senders' settings and resolve configuration issues like SMTP/IMAP. They could also be a reason why your warmup emails get blocked.

5. Learn About the Email Inbox Source
Warmup emails in Manyreach are sent and received from an email service provider like Outlook or Gmail. This helps simulate natural email activity and build a healthy sender reputation.
At times, warmup filters are set in these email providers. So you can go to your Google workspace, or Outlook to check if the warmup emails are filtered or not.

6. Warmup Is Disabled Due to Bounces
You might not receive warmup emails if your mailbox warmup is disabled, and it could be due to bounce issues.
Manyreach regularly runs address validation checks to ensure all addresses in the warmup pool are active and reachable.
This keeps the warmup pool healthy and improves deliverability for all users.
