Can I still buy a lifetime deal?
No. Lifetime deals are no longer available, and adding a second lifetime plan to an existing one (stacking) ended with them. If you want to use Manyreach without a monthly subscription, choose Pay as you go: buy credits when you need them, and they never expire. See our pricing page.
I already have a lifetime plan. What do I get?
Your plan gives you a fixed number of credits every month for life (for example, 100,000 on a 100K plan). It includes the core platform: unlimited leads, workspaces and sending accounts, warmup, automatic follow-ups, sender rotation, the unified inbox (Unibox), the CRM, webhooks and the API.
Do unused credits roll over?
It depends on which lifetime release you bought. On early lifetime plans, unused credits roll over to the next month. On later releases, credits reset to your plan's allowance every month. Your current balance is always shown under Account → Credits. If you're not sure which applies to you, contact support.
If you need more credits in a given month, top up with Pay as you go credits. They never expire and are only used after your monthly credits run out.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or combine lifetime plans?
No. Lifetime plans can't be upgraded to a higher tier or downgraded, and each account can have only one lifetime plan. To send more, top up with Pay as you go credits, or add UltraMode (below) for advanced features.
How do I get advanced features on my lifetime plan?
Add UltraMode, a monthly add-on for lifetime owners. It adds a private IP, monthly data tokens for email validation, credit-free warmup, conditional and multi-sequence campaigns, quicker reply detection, Unibox reply templates and advanced user roles. Your lifetime plan stays exactly as it is, and you can cancel the add-on anytime. The current price and what's included are shown in the app under Billing → LTD add-ons.
Can I get a refund on my lifetime plan?
Lifetime plans had a 14-day refund window from the purchase date. All lifetime purchases are now past that window, so they're final.
