Prospect statuses help you track where each contact is in your outreach process. Below is a breakdown of what each status means:
Active Statuses:
All
Displays all prospects, regardless of their current status.
Not Sent
The prospect has not yet been contacted. Emails might or might not be scheduled, but not sent.
Sent
An email has been successfully sent to the prospect.
Delivered
The email reached the recipient’s inbox (was not bounced).
Opened
The recipient has opened your email. This status is achieved only if the user has enabled Open Tracking in campaign settings.
Clicked
The recipient clicked on a link within your email. This status is achieved only if the user has enabled Click Tracking in campaign settings
Replied
The recipient has replied to your email.
Interested
The prospect has replied and shown positive intent or interest in your offering.
Not Interested
The prospect replied has responded but is not interested.
Status Not Set
No specific status has been assigned yet. Users can manually set this status to reprocess the campaign for the propsects.
Inactive Statuses
These statuses indicate prospects who are no longer actively being targeted in campaigns.
All Inactive
Displays all inactive prospects.
Bounced
The email could not be delivered to the recipient’s address due to either a soft or a hard bounce.
Unsubscribed
The prospect has opted out of receiving further emails. This prospect status is assigned after the prospect clicks the unsubscribe link or header to opt themselves out of the campaigns.
Blacklisted
The prospect has been blocked from receiving emails, usually to prevent further outreach. All your prospects in Do not contact list will reflect this status, if added to an active campaign.
Stuck
The prospect is not progressing in the campaign due to an issue (e.g., sequence interruption, reached sending limit, recipient mailbox full, or system condition).
Invalid
The email address is incorrect or does not exist.
Missing Tag
A required variable/prospect tag for the campaign is not assigned to the prospect. This can be resolved after updating the prospect details, and feeding it with complete information.
Missing Sender
No sending mailbox is assigned for this prospect or the mailbox that previously contacted the prospect is no longer connected to the campaign.
Autoreply
An automatic response was received (e.g., automated system reply).
Out of Office
The recipient is currently unavailable and has an out-of-office auto-reply enabled.
Coworker Replied
A reply was received from someone other than the intended recipient (e.g., colleague or teammate). This tag is relevant for when the ‘Stop Campaign when Coworker Replies’ is enabled in the campaign settings.
Stopped
The prospect has been manually or automatically stopped from receiving the emails from the campaign.
