To protect your email reputation, campaigns in Manyreach are automatically paused if the bounce rate exceeds 10%.

You can fix and relaunch your campaign by switching it back to draft:
What You Need to Fix Before Relaunching:
Before restarting, make sure to:
Clean your prospect list (remove invalid or outdated emails):
1. Export prospects that have not yet received an email.
2. Delete these prospects from campaign
3. Validate them
4. Upload a validated prospects only
Review your email content (avoid spam triggers)
Remove or replace unhealthy sender accounts
To relaunch the campaign:
Go to the Home page
Click the ⋯ (three dots) next to your campaign
Select “Change to Draft”

Resume the campaign
This action can be done only once per campaign
If the bounce rate exceeds 10% again, the campaign will be permanently blocked
