Manycrawl is a Chrome extension that turns your browser into a full lead-enrichment workstation. Think of it as a spreadsheet where every row is a website, a search query, or a company — and every column is a tool that fetches, finds, cleans, or generates data for you. Scraping, crawling, email finding, AI writing, and data cleanup all happen in one place, side by side.
The big difference from tools like Clay.com: Manycrawl runs locally in your Chrome tab. There's no cloud server doing the scraping, no monthly bill stacking up, and your data never leaves your machine.
At its core, Manycrawl does three things really well:
Collects data from the web. Point it at a list of URLs, a search engine query, or a local business search, and it pulls back structured data — page content, links, emails, phone numbers, ratings, addresses. Because the scraping runs through your real browser, sites see a normal human visitor, not a bot farm.
Finds and verifies emails. Drop in a LinkedIn profile, a name + domain, or just a company URL, and Manycrawl pulls verified business emails through your own Findymail or Icypeas account. It can also extract every email already present in scraped text, with no API key needed.
Enriches and writes with AI. Connect your OpenAI key and use the Analyze and Write column to classify leads as B2B or B2C, summarize a company's website, or draft a personalized cold-email opener for every row in your sheet.
Each row in Manycrawl is a starting point — a URL, a search query, a company name. Each column you add is an enrichment that does something with that row. Columns can reference each other using {Column Name} placeholders, so the output of one step automatically feeds into the next. Scrape a homepage, extract the founder's name, find their email, write a personalized intro line — all chained together, no code.
When you're done, export to CSV or push enriched leads straight into a Manyreach campaign.
A few things tend to click for new users:
10 of 14 enrichments work with zero setup. Scrape, Crawl, Search Engine, Places Search, email extraction, email provider lookup, name and company cleanup, split, and merge all run the moment you install — no API keys, no accounts to wire up.
Bring your own keys for the rest. AI writing and email finding use your own OpenAI, Findymail, or Icypeas account. You pay providers directly at their rates — Manycrawl never marks up your API calls or sees your data in transit.
Your data stays in your browser. Tables, scraped content, and enriched leads are saved locally. Nothing syncs to a Manycrawl server.
No subscription required. A free plan covers 500 actions per month forever. Paid plans unlock unlimited actions, with a monthly option or a one-time lifetime license.
Real browser scraping. Because pages render in your actual Chrome tab, you sidestep most of the bot-detection problems cloud scrapers run into.
A few common patterns we see:
Cold outreach lists — search LinkedIn for a role, find verified emails, scrape company sites, and AI-write a custom opener for each lead.
Local lead gen — pull every dentist, gym, or agency in a city with Places Search, then scrape each website for contact info.
Competitor intel — crawl a competitor's domain, find their pricing page automatically, and analyze what they charge.
List cleanup — take a messy CSV and use Format Company Name, Format Personal Name, Split, and Merge to get it presentation-ready.
Deliverability checks — run a domain list through Email Provider Finder before launching a campaign to spot spam gateways and DMARC issues.
Manycrawl is built for founders, growth engineers, SDRs, and agencies who do outbound or research at scale and are tired of either paying $149+/month for Clay or stitching five separate tools together. If you've ever opened a spreadsheet, you already know how to use it.
Install the Chrome extension — free, no card needed.
Open Manycrawl and create your first table or import a CSV
Paste a list of URLs or set a search query in column one.
Add an enrichment column (try Scrape first — it needs no API key).
Hit Enrichment and watch the rows fill in.
If you want to use AI writing or email finding, head into Settings and drop in your OpenAI, Findymail, or Icypeas key. That's it — you're enriching.
