Renaming custom variables
To rename custom variables go to the CRM and click Custom variables
A popup will open where you can rename 20 custom variables
Please note that Custom Variables must contain only letters and numbers. Spaces or special characters are not allowed and will be removed automatically.
If you decide to rename them again for example Video > Videos, Video variable will not work anymore.
In any case, the default Custom_1, Custom_2 variables will work if you use them in any of your previous campaigns.

Like Standard variables, Custom variables are available under the Personalize menu in the campaign builder
